Who we are

Information you give us

The only personal information we collect is what you type into our consultation form — typically your name, phone number, email address, the town your property is in, and whatever you tell us about your project. We use it for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and discuss the work. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it.

Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, a third-party form service, and a copy may be stored in our own database so that an enquiry is never lost. Both are used solely to receive and manage your request.

Marketing email

Requesting a quote does not add you to any marketing list. We will only send you marketing messages if you separately and clearly opt in, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Information collected automatically

Our web host records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is ordinary server logging used to keep the site running and secure.

Analytics and advertising measurement

This website uses Google Tag Manager to manage the measurement tools listed below, and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site.

• Google Tag Manager — the container that loads and manages the tools below.
• Google Analytics 4 (property G-J8SQ4CC7BT) — aggregate statistics such as pages viewed, how you arrived, and general location at city level.
• Google Ads conversion measurement and remarketing (account AW-859941989) — being configured, to understand which advertisements lead to enquiries and potentially to show our ads to people who have visited this site.
• Call tracking — not currently in use. If introduced, a phone number shown on the site may be a forwarding number that records which advertisement or source a call came from. Calls would still connect to Pellikal normally, and this page would be updated first.

These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. We record only that an action happened — for example that a form was submitted, or that a phone, text or email link was tapped, and roughly where on the page it was tapped.

We never send your personal information to any analytics or advertising system. Your name, email address, phone number, property location and the contents of your message are used solely to answer your enquiry. They are never passed to Google or any advertising platform.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and manage advertising personalisation in your Google account settings.

Third parties we rely on

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages, forms are delivered by Formspree, content and enquiry records are stored with Supabase, measurement is provided by Google, and fonts are served by Google Fonts. Each processes limited data on our behalf in order to provide their service.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain normal business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@pellikal.com or call 516-336-9586 and we will take care of it.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging work on a property and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information — including switching on any of the measurement tools described above — we will update this page and change the date shown at the top.
